The Wapizzashi—a portmanteau of “pizza” and “wakizashi”—features a subtly curved blade for gentle rocking motion while slicing your pie. Its thick spine runs the length of the blade, letting you use a second hand for extra control and leverage while tackling all those toppings.

Blade: 1084 & 15N20 carbon steel

Handle material: Ancient bog oak (~4,000 years old), brass
